When turning view bobbing on the hand lowers slightly when using a character creator skin that is tall.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a world
 - Switch to a character created skin
 - Set the skin height to tall
 - Check hands with view bobbing on and off
 - Set the skin height to smaller, small, or medium
 - Check hands with view bobbing on and off
 
Observed Results:
At step 4, hand is higher up when view bobbing is off.
At step 6, hand lowers slightly when view bobbing is off.
Expected Results:
Hand is at the same height with view bobbing on and off
