Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the new world creation screen;
2. Enable Cheats;
3. Toggle any cheat within that section;
4. Disable Cheats.
5. Create the world.

Observed Results:
The toggles aren't reset in the world creation screen, leading the player to believe that the cheats will be enabled upon joining the world.

Expected Results:
Turning off cheats visually resets any toggles that may have been changed while they were active.
